Why We Built This Site
Oregon provides public access to many court and government records, but Grant County records are not held by one office. The Trial Court Administrator / Circuit Court Records Office handles circuit case files, dockets, copies, audio, and public terminal access. The elected County Clerk handles county public records, recordings, marriage licensing, microfilm, and probate filing intake. The County Court keeps probate jurisdiction in Grant County, the Justice Court handles many traffic and small-claims matters, and the Sheriff and District Attorney maintain separate law-enforcement and prosecutor records.

- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
